Registration for the 2016 Medicaid Enterprise Systems Conference is now open.
You may register for the conference by visiting our conference registration site at MESC 2016 Registration.
The cost to attend the 2016 Medicaid Enterprise Systems Conference is:
- Government (must be a Government employee): $450 ($525 after July 15, 2016)
- Non-Government/Private (Gov. Contractors & Private Industry): $550 ($650 after July 15, 2016)
Your registration fee provides you with admission to all conference sessions and conference sponsored events.
Your registration fee also provides each attendee with a full breakfast and snack breaks on Tuesday through Thursday, and lunch on Monday through Thursday.

State staff attending the 2016 Medicaid Enterprise Systems Conference in St. Louis are invited to meet with leaders from the Center for Medicaid and CHIP Services during scheduled “Office Hours” throughout the conference. This is a great opportunity for your state to spend 30-40 minutes with CMS leadership to engage in a dialog related to your state’s systems planning and activities.

An additional important note for non-government attendees:
The government room block at the contracted hotel is reserved for government employees only. All individuals who have reserved a room in the government block will be required to present government employee identification. We have been advised that if you attempt to secure a government room without the appropriate credentials the hotel will not honor the room request and you will be turned away. Please take this advisory notice seriously and secure the appropriate room.
