Call for Posters Closes Soon!

May 16, 2016 in Current Update

Reminder…the poster abstract submission process is scheduled to close on May 27, 2016!
Impress your colleagues from around the country and from federal agencies with the innovative work that your state is engaged in. The annual Wednesday night Poster Session provides each state with the opportunity to highlight a project from your state and provide an overview of the results to your colleagues. The Poster Session is an informal reception style presentation where you can converse with small groups to present your information. The best two posters, content and graphical presentation, win a complimentary registration to the 2017 MESC.

And don’t forget that the MESC will reimburse the registration and travel costs for one state employee from each state that presents at the Poster Session.  Help us reach our goal of having a poster from each and every state. Presenting at the Poster Session is a great way to highlight the work and efforts of your state agency to a national audience and travel to the conference at no cost to you or your state (certain restrictions apply).
